About the Event
Have you ever wanted to take part in a 5K race but felt like you didn't know where to begin? Then mark your calendars now to come to this Couch-to-5K Information Session. Stop by and learn more about this 9-week training program and what you will need to do to take part. Group runs will take place Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:00 p.m. beginning on Monday, June 26th. All participants will need to sign a waiver to take part in the group runs. Participants under 18 will need a parent or guardian to sign.
